Basic Study Time
Trainees on the construction site are expected to be punctual, well-groomed, and maintain good personal hygiene. They should behave politely and respectfully toward customers, colleagues, other trades, and architects, using clear and professional communication at all times. Open, confident body language and a friendly attitude are essential. Work areas must be kept clean and tools handled with care, while all safety regulations, including the use of PPE, must be strictly followed. Trainees should take responsibility for their tasks, ask questions when unsure, and support a cooperative, blame-free work environment.
